Lollapalooza Cardmember Experience

At Lollapalooza 2025, the Chase Sapphire Reserve Experience offered cardmembers a premium escape just steps from the main stage, in the middle of a festival that drew 460,000 people over four days. The hotel-inspired experience delivered exclusivity, shaded comfort, and unforgettable access—reinforcing Sapphire Reserve as more than a card, but a lifestyle.

Guests entered through a new access model combining Chase Ultimate Rewards reservations, VIP entry, and on-site card verification. Inside, they enjoyed gourmet bites, a complimentary drink upon entry, private restrooms, Wi-Fi, and lounge seating overlooking both the T-Mobile main stage and Perry’s stage, with VIPs and reservation holders receiving premium gifts like Le Specs sunglasses.

To amplify impact, cardmembers also gained once-in-a-lifetime music moments, including side-stage viewing for Barry Can’t Swim and Remi Wolf, plus intimate after-show packages with meet-and-greets and curated gift bags.
