On Board Experiential and Starbucks have earned three Bronze honors at the 2026 Eventex Awards for Starbies: The Life of a Showgirl Pop-Up, the immersive fan experience created in celebration of Taylor Swift’s The Life of a Showgirl album release.
The activation was recognized in the following categories:
- Bronze Award for Brand Experience: Food & Beverages
- Bronze Award for Pop-up Experience
- Bronze Award for Sampling Experience
Founded in 2009, the Eventex Awards are among the world’s leading recognitions for experiential marketing, brand experiences, and live events, celebrating creative excellence across more than 90 countries.
Created by OBE in partnership with Starbucks, Starbies: The Life of a Showgirl Pop-Up transformed the Vanderbilt Starbucks in Nashville into a glitter-drenched Swiftie destination timed to the album’s release weekend. Designed by Swifties, for Swifties, the overnight transformation featured a 41-foot glitter vinyl installation, friendship bracelet-making stations, themed beverages, exclusive vinyl sales, immersive photo moments, and continuous album listening sessions.
The experience generated widespread cultural conversation and national media attention, ultimately extending beyond its original two-day run due to overwhelming fan response.
