VP, ACCOUNT SERVICES
VP of Account Services, Emily Luckett hopes optimism, authenticity, and integrity will be her legacy with clients and colleagues. Emily has a curious spirit that is constantly seeking strategic insights and new opportunities for herself, her team, and her clients. She approaches her work with a razor-sharp focus on the operational side of account management, ensuring financial accountability and efficient use of resources. Her passion for the “why” of experiences goes back to her undergrad days at Colgate University, where she earned a degree in Social Psychology—studying how social situations and lived experiences affect human behavior. Before joining OBE, Emily was a Research Assistant at Stanford University, conducting research on the topics of stereotyping and prejudice. Now, she’s a 14-year OBE veteran who has grown alongside the company. She got her start back in 2004 working on the first-ever Nike Women’s Marathon out of our Sausalito office and later led the development and expansion of the series to Washington, DC. Emily helped the program crush its KPIs by earning the property recognition as the largest inaugural race of its kind in history and the youngest field for a half marathon ever. After a short hiatus from OBE where she sharpened her sales chops, Emily launched back in as Sponsorship Director, generating year-over-year increases in sponsorship revenue by securing partnerships including MINI, Neutrogena, POM Wonderful, Verizon, Safeway, Kaiser, JetBlue. A former collegiate athlete, driven by a passion for marketing to women, youth, and health conscious consumers, Emily has led various industry leading running/fitness programs for Nike in LA, SF, Portland, Chicago, Toronto, DC, Miami, and NYC. She now oversees OBE’s growing business with JPMorgan Chase, building teams that work on JPMorgan projects globally.
