Executive Creative Director Trish Rexroth brings the ingenuity factor—challenging her teams to make every creative spark serve a strategic need. The result? Boldly-inspired brand journeys that are powerful, influential and irresistibly shareable. It’s no secret that experiential is Rexroth’s passion. It’s been her focus for over a decade, and in that time, she’s tied strategic insights to impressive designs on an incredible range of projects. She created a tailgate tour for Lady Gaga, oversaw the installation of a moon-like, alien vehicle for Activision, and put football players on roller skates! And she doesn’t just engage live audiences. She also masterminded a social media brand experience to help small business owners be smarter entrepreneurs. At OBE, Rexroth has created experiences for Facebook, JPMorgan Chase, Nike, Activision and AirBnB, just to name a few. It all started with a BA in Creative Marketing Communications from the University of Richmond. Along the way, she relished the 22 years she spent training and performing as a dancer. And, ever full of surprises, she has fond memories of working on a dude ranch.
