Hayle Chun is Chief Operating Officer of Onboard Sports Advisory, where he leads strategy execution, operational planning, and delivery across advisory engagements for brands, properties, and rights holders. Equal parts strategist and operator, Hayle is known for bringing structure to complexity—aligning stakeholders, building durable operating frameworks, and turning ambitious commercial goals into executable plans.
Hayle most recently served as Vice President of Business Operations at U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Properties (USOPP), the joint venture between LA28 and the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee created to oversee all commercial activity for the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Movement. As an early hire and member of the executive management team, he helped build one of the most ambitious commercial organizations in global sport—leading strategy and operations across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio spanning sponsorship, media, licensing, ticketing, hospitality, and fundraising. He oversaw financial planning and performance management, led analytics and insights to support data-driven decision-making, and directed planning and operations for onsite commercial teams at Paris 2024, with continued responsibility into Milan-Cortina 2026.
Earlier at USOPP, Hayle led partnership marketing for domestic and global sponsors, including the launch of LA28’s Founding Partners program. Prior to USOPP, he held leadership roles at Endeavor, advising brands including Coca-Cola, GE, P&G, and Visa across major global properties, and at Samsung Electronics in Seoul, where he led global sponsorship marketing and award-winning experiential activations tied to the Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup. Hayle began his career at NBC as a founding member of the NBC Sports & Olympics Digital team and earned a Sports Emmy for Outstanding New Approaches in Sports Event Coverage.
Hayle graduated with honors from Harvard University and earned an MBA from NYU Stern. He lives in New York City with his wife and two sons.
