Nickolai Mathison Managing Director
Nickolai was born to lead.
And lead he has. He’s been a Maitre D’, a Director of Sales for one of Hawaii’s most luxurious resorts, an alpine summit guide, a successful entrepreneur, an Olympic marketing provocateur, and most recently a Senior Vice President at Omnicom’s Radiate Group.
As our Managing Director, he brings to bear over 20 years of experience in major sporting event hospitality management, integrated strategic planning, and partnership marketing.
Nickolai’s led on-site operations teams for U.S. Olympic Committee events at the Nagano, Sydney and Salt Lake City Olympic Games.
He also played a pivotal role in the creation of the Taste of Lahaina, one of Hawaii’s largest food festivals. If you get a chance, ask him about it, Nickolai loves all things Hawaiian. A Hui Hou.
