Dan Hirsch Founder/CEO
In the spring of '95, Dan left his role as a music agent with the Famous Arts Agency in search of something more. Fusing his passions for action sports and music, Dan launched one of the first ever snowboarding and music festivals with his new corporate identity, a production company he called On Board Entertainment.
Through 16 years and countless campaigns, experiences, and stories (and boy, does he have some stories), Dan’s vision has evolved into On Board Experiential Marketing. In 2008 and 2009, OBE was named one of the top 5000 Fastest Growing private companies in America by INC Magazine. Dan's success has also been profiled in Event Marketers Top Agency Round Table and the San Francisco Business Journal.
From On Board’s waterfront Sausalito office, Dan continues to lead the evolution of OBE. He lives in Mill Valley, CA, with his wife Danielle Hirsch from HGTV’s Color Splash and Design Remix fame, and his two daughters, Madison and Kiele. Whenever possible, you’ll find Dan snowboarding, surfing, motocrossing or playing guitar.
